Returns and Refunds

At xaldryonex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be in its original, unused condition
• Be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
• Be returned within 30 days of the purchase date
• Include proof of purchase

Service Returns

For gift wrapping services, refunds may be available if the service has not yet been completed. Once a service has been rendered, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify a service order.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions
4. Ship the item back to us using the provided address
5. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom or personalized wrapping services that have been completed
• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items returned after the 30-day return period
• Items without proof of purchase
